Ingredients:
- Ridge Gourd peel - 1/2 Cup
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Poppy seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Red chili powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt
- Oil - 1 Tsp
Procedure :
- Mix sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
- Heat oil in a flat pan.
- Add cumin seeds to splutter.
- Add sesame seeds and poppy seeds, immediately add peel.
- Mix well and let it roast on low flame.
- Stir continuously till it become crispy.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Serve after cooling with Chapati or rice as a chutney.
