- Whole milk - 1 Lit
- Curd - 1 Tbsp
- Lemon - 1
Procedure :
- Boil milk in a deep pan. Don't remove cream.
- Add 1 Tsp curd and mix it.
- Now add lemon juice slowly.
- Milk starts separating.
- Strain it using cotton cloth..
- Wash it with water.
- Fold the cotton cloth to make square or rectangular shape.
- Rap it in a towel and keep 4-5 kg weight over it.
- Remove after 3-4 hours.
- Fresh Paneer is ready. you can use it immediately.
- Use it within 2-3 days.
- For storage you have to keep it in the bowl filled with water and then keep in the refrigerator.
