- Salichya lahya - 2 Cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Green chili - 1
- Buttermilk
- Oil
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Procedure :
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add cumin seeds and green chili
- Add sali lahi and mix well.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Pour buttermilk slowly.
- Sali lahi should be wet but not soggy.
- Cover the lead for 3-4 min.
- Serve hot.
