- Ridge Gourd Peel - 1 Cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
- Carom seeds - 1 Tsp
- Green chili or red chili powder
- Cilantro - 1/2 Cup
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure :
- Wash Ridge Gourd and collect peelings. You can use remaining for curry.
- Grind Cilantro, Ridge Gourd peelings, Cumin seeds, Carom seeds, green chili and salt.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add mixture and fry for 1 min.
- Serve with Rice or chapati.
