- Grated Paneer - 1 Cup
- Cilantro - 1/4 Cup
- Green chili
- Dry mango powder(Amchur) - 1/4 Tsp
- Wheat flour
- Oil
- Butter
- Salt
Procedure :
- Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt oil and prepare loose dough. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Chop green chili and cilantro.
- Mix grated paneer, Cilantro, green chili, Amchur and salt in a bowl.
- Prepare Paneer Paratha just like Puran Poli.
- Heat flat pan and roast both the sides by applying butter.
- Serve hot with yogurt.
