For Ghavan:
- Rice flour - 1 Cup
- Water - 2 Cup
- Salt
For Chutney
- Coconut -1/2 cup
- Garlic cloves 5-6
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Green Chili - 1
- Curd - 1 Tsp
- Split roasted Bengal gram - 1Tsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Grind all ingredients of chutney with little water.
- Mix Ghavan ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat a pan and pour Ghavan dough in a circular shape.
- Cover the lid for 2 minutes.
- Spread 2-3 drops of oil over it.
- Turn and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot with chutney.
