- Kavath Pulp -1 Cup
- Jaggery - 1 Cup
- Red chili powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Curry leaves
- Oil
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Procedure:
- Grind Kavath pulp, jaggery, red chili powder and salt together.
- Heat 1 Tsp oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafetida.
- Pour the seasoning on the mixture.
Note :
- You can prepare oil free chutney also. Add cumin seeds while grinding the mixture.
