- Rice - 1 Cup
- Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1 small
- Ginger - 1 Inch
- Green chili
- Muster seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Chana dal (Split Bengal gram) - 1/4 Tsp
- Urad dal( Split black gram) - 1/4 Tsp
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure :
- Wash Rice and cook it by adding salt.
- Grind Coriander leaves, Onion, garlic and green chili to prepare paste.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add Mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add cumin seeds, chana dal and urad dal.
- Add Coriander paste and fry for one minute.
- Mix cooked rice and mix it well.
- Cover the lid and cook for 2 min.
- Serve hot with Raita.
