- Flax seeds - 100 gm
- Garlic cloves - 15-20
- Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt
- Dry roast flax seeds. Keep aside for cooling.
- Grind all the ingredients in a grinder.
- Keep in an air tight container.
- Serve with drops of oil or curd.
- Flax seeds are very good for health. It contains Omega-3 essential fatty acids.
