Ingredients :
- Papad - 10 -15
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup
- Mustard seeds- 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Sesame - 1 Tsp
- Sugar - 1 Tsp
- Chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
Procedure :
- Roast all the papads and keep aside for cooling.
- Crush the papads using hands.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add Cumin seeds, sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
- Add chili powder and crushed papad.
- Mix well. roast for 2 min.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Keep aside for cooling.
- Keep in an air tight container.
