- Baby corn
- Coriander leaves(Cilantro)
- Mint leaves
- Green chili or red chili powder
- Oil or Butter
- salt
- Cut baby corn lengthwise.
- Prepare coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chili paste.
- Heat oil or butter in a pan.
- Add baby corn pieces and paste.
- Sprinkle salt. If green chili is not used then sprinkle red chili powder.
- Fry till baby corn turns golden approximately 5 min.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
