- Paneer pieces - 500 gms
- Capsicum - 2
- Tomato - 2
- Onion - 1
- Oil/ Butter
For Marinade :
- Curd( hung) - 1 Cup
- Green chili paste - 1 Tsp
- Coriander and mint leaves paste - 2 Tbsp
- Garlic paste - 2 Tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
- Papikra or edible red Colour- 1/2 Tsp
- Chat Masala - 1 Tsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Dice Capsicum, Tomato and Onion.
- Mix all ingredients of marinade.
- Add Paneer and vegetable pieces to it.
- Refrigerate for half an hour.
- Brush the marinade pieces with butter or oil.
- Grill for 15-20 minutes till golden brown on all sides.
- Reposition frequently and brush with oil.
- Serve hot.
