- Spinach - 1 Bunch
- Ginger - 1/2 Inch
- Green chili - 2-3
- Coriander powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Bengal gram floor - 2 Tbsp
- Rice floor - 1 Tsp
- Wheat floor - 2-3 Cups
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Boil spinach, drain water.
- In a blender grind spinach, green chili and ginger to prepare smooth paste.
- In a bowl, add spinach paste, coriander powder, turmeric, asafoetida, Bengal gram floor, rice floor and salt.
- Now slowly add wheat floor to prepare dough.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Prepare small rounds using rolling pin.
- Deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with Chutney.
