- Radish (small) - 3-4
- Onion(small) - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Coriander powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Red chili powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Split black gram - 1/4 Tsp
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Remove leaves of radish, remove cover and boil in water till it become tender.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add cumin seeds, split black gram, curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped onion and fry till it turns golden.
- Add tomato and fry for 1 min.
- Add boiled radish, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Mix well and cover the lid. Cook for 5 min.
- Serve hot with Chapati.
