Ingredients :
- Spinach(Palak) - 1 Bunch
- Potato -1
- Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 Tsp
- Garam masala - 1 Tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt
- Oil.
Procedure :
- Cut potato into bog pieces.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the pan and fry potatoes till it turn golden.
- Boil spinach and prepare paste.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add onion and fry till it turns golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add spinach paste, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
- Cook for 2 min.
- Add potatoes and mix well.
- Cook for 2 min.
- Serve hot with chapati or rice.

- Potato(Boiled) - 3
- Yogurt - 1 Cup
- Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Water - 1.25 Cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
- Green Chili - 2
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Wheat flour - 1/4 Tsp
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Salt
Procedure :
- Cut boiled potatos into big pieces.
- Mash 3-4 Pieces.
- In 1/4 cup water add Red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala to prepare paste.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Add curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste and asafoetida.
- Add all masala paste and fry for 1 min.
- Add yogurt and fry till its color changes.
- Add remaining water and potato .
- In 1 spoon water, add wheat flour and add it.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Cook it till gravy becomes thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.

- Green Chili ( Crushed)/ Red chili powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 Tbsp
Procedure :
- Boil the potato, peal off skin and mash by hands.
- Dice onion, chop coriander leaves.
- Heat Oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add onion and fry till it turns golden.
- Add crushed green chili, grated garlic fry well.
- Add Turmeric.
- Add Mashed Potato, coriander leaves, mix well.
- Add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Close the lid for 2 min.
- Mix well.
- Serve hot with Chapati or Dosa.
Ingredients :
- Small round potatoes( Baby potatoes) - 6
- Onion (Diced) -1/4 Cup
- Tomato (Diced) - 1/4 Cup
- Garlic paste - 1/2 Tsp
- Ginger paste -1/2 Tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Red Chili Powder -1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 Tbsp
- Bay Leaves -1
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Butter - 1Tbsp
- Water -1/2 Cup
- Salt
Procedure :
- Peal skin of potato, prick it all over using fork.
- Apply turmeric and salt, keep aside for 10 min.
- Shallow fry the potatoes in a pan until it turns golden, keep aside.
- Grind tomato, 1/8 cup onion, ginger, garlic to prepare a smooth paste.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add bay leaves, fry for 1 min.
- Add remaining onions, fry till it turns golden.
- Add the paste and fry well.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala and fry till oil shows on top.
- Add potatoes, mix well.
- Add water and salt as per taste.
- cook in low heat till the potatoes are cooked properly.
- Serve hot with chapati.
Note :
- Salt is already applied to the potatoes so less salt is required.
