- Potato - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Green peas - 1/4 Cup
- Cheese Cube - 1
- Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Red Chili powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Poha Powder
- Salt
Procedure :
- Boil Potato, carrot and green peas.
- Mash in a bowl, add grated cheese and all powders.
- Add Poha ( Flattened Rice) powder to make the dough firm.
- Prepare round cutlets.
- Add butter on flat pan and shallow fry both the sides.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
