- Mushroom - 250 gm
- Ginger - Garlic Paste- 1 Tsp
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- Wash and clean mushrooms.
- Cut the buttons into 2 parts.
- Sprinkle ginger-garlic paste and salt.
- Mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Deep fry the mushrooms.
- Serve hot.
