Ingredients :
- Corn kernels- 1 Cup
- Soya granule powder - 1/2 Cup
- Boiled Potato - 1
- Ginger- Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
- Chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Rice flour - 1Tbsp
- Spinach - 1/2 Cup (Optional)
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Cook Corn Kernels in boiling water. Keep aside for cooling.
- Soak soya granules powder in boiling water for 5 min. Squeeze and keep aside.
- Grind Corn Kernels to prepare paste.
- Mix Corn paste, Soya granules, mashed potato, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, Rice flour, Spinach, Cilantro and salt.
- Apply oil to palms and prepare Cutlets.
- Shallow fry both the side.
- Serve hot with Sauce.
