Makki Dokala

Ingredients :

  • Makki Flour - 1 Cup
  • Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
  • Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Oil
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
  2. With the help of water prepare a stiff dough.
  3. Apply oil to the palm and prepare small rounds.
  4. Make hole at the center of round.
  5. Steam for 15-20 min, just like idli.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
