Ingredients :
- Whole wheat flour - 1 Cup
- Jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Ghee
- Salt
Procedure :
- Take whole wheat flour in a bowl.
- Add salt and 1 Tsp Ghee.
- Knead dough with water like chapati dough.
- Apply ghee to palms and prepare rolls.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Deep fry the rolls till it becomes golden brown.
- Heat 1 Tbsp ghee. Add grated or powdered jaggery.
- Add all deep fried rolls when jaggery melts completely. Mix well so that they will evenly coated.
- Grease a plate with ghee. Spread these rolls.
- Serve after cooling.
