- Cucumber - 1
- Rice flour
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Red chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Oil
- Peel and grate cucumber.
- Add cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder, cilantro and salt.
- Mix well and add rice flour slowly till you get dough consistency.
- Prepare dough.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
- Apply water to palms.
- Prepare vada and deep fry.
- Serve with sauce or Chutney.
