- Cucumber - 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Tomato - 1/2 Cup
- Carrot - 1/2 Cup
- Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
- Cilantro -1 Tbsp
- Black pepper power - 1/4 Tsp
- Sugar - 1 Tsp
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Cumin seed powder - 1 Tsp
- Dice all the vegetables.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Serve as side dish or salad.
