- Cabbage (Grated) - 1 Cup
- Fennel seeds - 1 Tsp
- Garlic - ginger paste - 1 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Bengal gram flour(besan) -1 Tbsp
- Salt
- Wheat flour
- Oil
Procedure :
- Add 1 Tsp oil and salt in wheat flour and prepare a loose dough.
- Keep aside.
- Heat 1 Tsp oil in a pan.
- Add fennel seeds, asafoetida, turmeric & ginger garlic paste.
- Add grated cabbage and salt.
- Cover the lid for 2 min. It will become watery.
- Now add besan and mix well.
- Cook for 1 min & keep aside for cooling.
- Prepare small rounds and prepare like Puran poli.
- Roast both the sides.
- Serve hot with yogurt.
