- Rice - 1 Cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 Tsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Soak fenugreek seeds and rice separately overnight.
- Grind fenugreek paste to prepare very fine paste.
- Grind Rice and mix with fenugreek seeds paste.
- Add salt and prepare thin dough.
- Prepare like dosa.
- Serve with chutney.
