Methi Dosa

Ingredients :

  • Rice - 1 Cup
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Soak fenugreek seeds and rice separately overnight.
  2. Grind fenugreek paste to prepare very fine paste.
  3. Grind Rice and mix with fenugreek seeds paste.
  4. Add salt and prepare thin dough.
  5. Prepare like dosa.
  6. Serve with chutney.
