Paper Dosa



Ingredients :

  • Rice - 3 Cup
  • Split black gram (urad dal) - 1 Cup
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Soak rice and urad dal in warm water for 5-6 hours.
  2. Grind to prepare a smooth batter.
  3. Keep aside overnight.
  4. Add salt and some water to prepare a thin batter.
  5. In a small bowl take 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tbsp salt, mix well.
  6. Heat flat pan well.
  7. Sprinkle salty water.
  8. Pour some batter on it with a ladle and spread immediately to a thin circle as shown.
  9. Cook till the lower side become golden brown.
  10. Roll it & remove with the help of spatula.
  11. Serve hot with potato bhaji, coconut chutney and Rassam or sambar.(Recipes are given under label curry and chutney).
