- Green peas - 1 Cup
- Onion - 1/4 Cup
- Tomato - 1/4 Cup
- Potato - 1
- Garlic -1/2 Tbsp
- Ginger -1/2 Tbsp
- Cumin seed powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- Coriander seed powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Chat masala - 1/2 Tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Coriander leaves(Cilantro)
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Cook green peas and potato separately.
- Mash Potato and prepare round patis.
- Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan and fry the patis.
- Turn it and fry other side till it become golden brown.
- Dice tomato and onion.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onion and fry till become golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger paste.
- Add green pease and 1/2 cup water.
- Add Coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, chat masala and salt.
- Close the lid and cook well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with patis.
Note :
- You can add yogurt at the time of serving.
hi it's a nice recipe. But didn't specify how to prepare patis.
