- Bengal gram - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1- 1.25 Cup
- Coconut( Grated) - 3/4 Cup
- Ghee - 6-7 Tsp
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
- Cashew nuts - 1 Tbsp
- Almond - 1 Tbsp
- Saffron - 1 Pinch
Procedure :
- Soak bengal gram for 4-5 hours.
- Grind it in a blender to prepare smooth paste without water.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the bengal gram paste till it turns golden.
- Add milk , coconut and fry.
- In another pan add sugar and 2-3 spoon water.
- Heat it to prepare syrup.
- Add all dry fruits, saffron and cardamom powder.
- Add fried bengal gram and mix well.
- Prepare small rounds after cooling.
Note :
- Prepare the recipe on medium heat.
