Chana Dal Ladu

Ingredients :

  • Bengal gram - 1 Cup
  • Sugar - 1- 1.25 Cup
  • Coconut( Grated) - 3/4 Cup
  • Ghee - 6-7 Tsp
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 1 Tbsp
  • Almond - 1 Tbsp
  • Saffron - 1 Pinch

Procedure :

  1. Soak bengal gram for 4-5 hours.
  2. Grind it in a blender to prepare smooth paste without water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bengal gram paste till it turns golden.
  4. Add milk , coconut and fry.
  5. In another pan add sugar and 2-3 spoon water.
  6. Heat it to prepare syrup.
  7. Add all dry fruits, saffron and cardamom powder.
  8. Add fried bengal gram and mix well.
  9. Prepare small rounds after cooling.

Note :

  • Prepare the recipe on medium heat.
