Ingredients :
- Split green gram (Mug dal) - 3/4 Cup
- Rice - 1/4 Cup
- Ginger (grated) - 1/2 Tbsp
- Green Chili - 1
- Coriander leaves -1/4 Cup
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Soak split green gram and rice in warm water for 3-4 hours.
- Grind to prepare smooth paste.
- Prepare loose batter.
- Chop green chili and coriander leaves.
- Add green chili, coriander leaves, ginger and salt as per taste.
- Heat flat fry pan, spread 1 spoon oil on the surface.
- Pour some batter on it with a ladle and spread it to form thin circle by tilting the pan.
- Fry well and turn the side with the help of spatula.
- Fry other side.
- Serve hot with coconut green chutney.
