Mug Dosa

Ingredients :

  • Split green gram (Mug dal) - 3/4 Cup
  • Rice - 1/4 Cup
  • Ginger (grated) - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Green Chili - 1
  • Coriander leaves -1/4 Cup
  • Salt
  • Oil

Procedure :

  1. Soak split green gram and rice in warm water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Grind to prepare smooth paste.
  3. Prepare loose batter.
  4. Chop green chili and coriander leaves.
  5. Add green chili, coriander leaves, ginger and salt as per taste.
  6. Heat flat fry pan, spread 1 spoon oil on the surface.
  7. Pour some batter on it with a ladle and spread it to form thin circle by tilting the pan.
  8. Fry well and turn the side with the help of spatula.
  9. Fry other side.
  10. Serve hot with coconut green chutney.
