- Potato -1
- Green chili Paste(Chili Powder) - 1/2 Tbsp
- Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric
- Coriander leaves
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Wheat flour - 1 Cup
- Salt
- Butter/Ghee
- Oil
Procedure :
- Boil potato, remove skin and mash well.
- Take wheat flour, add salt, 1 tbsp oil and prepare a loose dough. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add green chili paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric and fry well.
- Add mashed potato and mix well.
- Add salt, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix well, close lid and cook for 1 min.
- Cool it and prepare small rounds as shown.
- Apply oil to palm and prepare small rounds of dough.
- Spread flour on the rolling surface and prepare small round shape using rolling pin.
- Put Potato round over it and close it. (Procedure is shown in Puran Poli recipe)
- Roll the dough like chapati.
- Roast both the sides of paratha.
- Apply Butter or Ghee after removing from pan.
- Serve it with Yogurt or coconut chutney.
