Carrot Chutney

Ingredients :

  • Carrot grated - 1 Cup
  • Coconut grated -1/4 Cup
  • Garlic cloves - 2
  • Green chili -2
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Curry leaves -2-3
  • Oil -2 Tbsp
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Grind carrot, coconut, garlic cloves, green chili and salt in a mixer.
  2. Prepare a smooth paste without adding water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  5. Add finely chopped curry leaves.
  6. Pour it over smooth paste.
