- Carrot grated - 1 Cup
- Coconut grated -1/4 Cup
- Garlic cloves - 2
- Green chili -2
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
- Curry leaves -2-3
- Oil -2 Tbsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Grind carrot, coconut, garlic cloves, green chili and salt in a mixer.
- Prepare a smooth paste without adding water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add finely chopped curry leaves.
- Pour it over smooth paste.
