Shev Puri




Ingredients :

  • Small Puffed Puri
  • Thin Shev
  • Boiled Potato
  • Tamarind
  • Jaggery(Brown sugar)
  • Yogurt
  • Chat Masala
  • Green Chili
  • Coriander leaves(Cilantro)
  • Onion
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Prepare tamarind chutney.
  2. Grind green chili, coriander leaves, salt and water in a blender to prepare green chutney.
  3. Mash Potato.
  4. Dice onion into small pieces.
  5. Make a hole to the upper side of puri.
  6. Blend yogurt with the help of spoon.
  7. Fill puffed puri with potato first then onion, shev, tamarind chutney, green chutney, yogurt.
  8. Spread chat masala.
  9. Serve immediately.
