- Small Puffed Puri
- Thin Shev
- Boiled Potato
- Tamarind
- Jaggery(Brown sugar)
- Yogurt
- Chat Masala
- Green Chili
- Coriander leaves(Cilantro)
- Onion
- Salt
Procedure :
- Prepare tamarind chutney.
- Grind green chili, coriander leaves, salt and water in a blender to prepare green chutney.
- Mash Potato.
- Dice onion into small pieces.
- Make a hole to the upper side of puri.
- Blend yogurt with the help of spoon.
- Fill puffed puri with potato first then onion, shev, tamarind chutney, green chutney, yogurt.
- Spread chat masala.
- Serve immediately.
