- Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
- Cauliflower - 1/2 Cup
- Tomato -1/2 Cup
- Onion -1/2 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste -1/2 Tbsp
- Coriander seeds Powder -1/2 Tbsp
- Cumin Seeds Powder -1/4 Tbsp
- Chili Powder -1/2 Tbsp
- Green Chili - 1
- Garam Masala - 1/2 Tbsp
- Yogurt - 1 Tbsp
- Tamarind thick juice -1/2 Tbsp
- Sugar - 1/4 Tbsp
- Butter -1 Tbsp
- Coriander leaves(Cilantro).
Procedure :
- Cook Green peas and Cauliflower separately and keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a Pan
- Add Onion and fry till it becomes golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili and fry.
- Add chopped tomato.
- Add coriander Powder, chili powder and garam masala and fry till oil shows on top.
- Cool and blend into smooth paste adding yogurt and tamarind juice.
- Add cooked vegetables, smooth paste and 1/2 cup water in a pan.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Cook for 5 min with lid.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapati or puri.
