Pav Bhaji


Ingredients :
  • Tomato diced - 2 Cup
  • Onion diced- 1 Cup
  • Potato-1 Cup
  • Green peas -1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower -1/2 cup
  • Carrot - 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage-1/4 cup
  • Capsicum-1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves (Cilantro)-1/4 cup
  • Garlic paste- 2 spoon
  • Ginger paste- 1 spoon
  • Green chili paste - 1 spoon
  • Coriander seeds Powder -2 spoon
  • cumin seeds powder-1 spoon
  • Chili powder-1 spoon
  • Pav bhaji masala -2 spoon
  • Lemon juice- 2 spoon
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Bread Rolls (Pav)

Procedure :

  1. Cook all the vegetables except onion and tomato.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add onion till it becomes golden brown.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, green chili paste.
  5. Add tomato and fry well.
  6. Add coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, chili powder & pav bhaji masala and fry till oil shows on top.
  7. Mash cooked vegetables and add.
  8. Add some water and mash well using masher.
  9. Add Salt.
  10. Close the lid and cook for 2 min.
  11. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot with pav.
