Ingredients :
- Tomato diced - 2 Cup
- Onion diced- 1 Cup
- Potato-1 Cup
- Green peas -1/2 cup
- Cauliflower -1/2 cup
- Carrot - 1/4 cup
- Cabbage-1/4 cup
- Capsicum-1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves (Cilantro)-1/4 cup
- Garlic paste- 2 spoon
- Ginger paste- 1 spoon
- Green chili paste - 1 spoon
- Coriander seeds Powder -2 spoon
- cumin seeds powder-1 spoon
- Chili powder-1 spoon
- Pav bhaji masala -2 spoon
- Lemon juice- 2 spoon
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Oil
- Bread Rolls (Pav)
Procedure :
- Cook all the vegetables except onion and tomato.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onion till it becomes golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, green chili paste.
- Add tomato and fry well.
- Add coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, chili powder & pav bhaji masala and fry till oil shows on top.
- Mash cooked vegetables and add.
- Add some water and mash well using masher.
- Add Salt.
- Close the lid and cook for 2 min.
- Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with pav.
