- Tomato -2
- Black pepper -6
- Jaggery(brown sugar)- 4 Tbsp
- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Corn flour -1 Tsb
- salt
- Ghee(optional)
Procedure :
- Boil tomatos,cinnamon and black pepper in water till skin of tomato break.
- Remove tomato from water and keep aside for cooling.
- Don't throw the water.
- Peel off skin of tomato and make puree using blender.
- Mix puri with equal ammount of water. (Use the bioled water)
- Using strainer strain the solution.
- Heat ghee in a deep pan, add the solution.
- Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add it.
- Add jaggery and salt.
- Let it boil for 1 min.
- Serve hot.
Note :
- If Corn flour is not available use all purpose wheat flour(maida).
- You can add toasted bread strips at the time of serving.
