Tomato Soup

Ingredients :

  • Tomato -2
  • Black pepper -6
  • Jaggery(brown sugar)- 4 Tbsp
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch
  • Corn flour -1 Tsb
  • salt
  • Ghee(optional)

Procedure :

  1. Boil tomatos,cinnamon and black pepper in water till skin of tomato break.
  2. Remove tomato from water and keep aside for cooling.
  3. Don't throw the water.
  4. Peel off skin of tomato and make puree using blender.
  5. Mix puri with equal ammount of water. (Use the bioled water)
  6. Using strainer strain the solution.
  7. Heat ghee in a deep pan, add the solution.
  8. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add it.
  9. Add jaggery and salt.
  10. Let it boil for 1 min.
  11. Serve hot.

Note :

  • If Corn flour is not available use all purpose wheat flour(maida).
  • You can add toasted bread strips at the time of serving.
