Tamarind Chutney



Ingredients :

  • Tamarind -1/4 Cup
  • Brown Sugar(Jaggery) -1/4 Cup
  • Water -1/2 Cup

Procedure :

  1. Mix brown sugar, tamarind and water in a pan.
  2. Boil it for 2 minutes.
  3. Cool it and mash tamarind.
  4. Remove strain using strainer.
