Ingredients :
- Tamarind -1/4 Cup
- Brown Sugar(Jaggery) -1/4 Cup
- Water -1/2 Cup
Procedure :
- Mix brown sugar, tamarind and water in a pan.
- Boil it for 2 minutes.
- Cool it and mash tamarind.
- Remove strain using strainer.
