- Yogurt
- Sugar
- Saffron - 1 Pinch
- Almond
- Cashew
- Postcodes
- Cardamom - 1
- Nutmeg powder - 1 Pinch
- Salt - 1 Pinch
Procedure :
- Take a clean muslin cloth and take the yogurt in it.
- Tie a knot and hang it so that all the water falls away from the yogurt.
- Leave it like this for 4-5 hours.
- Remove the knot and take yogurt in a bowl
- Add equal amount of sugar and 1 pinch of saffron.
- Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Sieve it with muslin cloth.
- Add cardamom powder and dry fruits.
- Mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Serve with puri or chapati.
