- Cabbage (grated) - 1 Cup
- Carrot (grated) - 1/2 cup
- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 Tsp
- Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 Tsp
- Spring onion (finely chopped) - 1/4 Cup
- Onion (finely chopped) - 1/4 Cup
- Soya sauce-
- Sweet and Sour Sauce - 2 Tbsp
- Chili sauce
- Pepper powder
- Corn flour
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure :
- Mix grated cabbage, carrot , 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tbsp garlic and soya sauce in a bowl and keep aside for 5 min.
- Add 4 tbsp cornflour in the bowl and mix well.
- Apply some oil to your palms and prepare small round pieces without adding water.
- Heat oil well in a deep frying pan.
- Deep fry these rounds till become golden brown.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add remaining ginger & garlic, green chili fry for 1 min.
- Add spring onion, onion and fry.
- Add pepper powder, soya sauce, chili sauce, Sweet and Sour Sauce and very little salt.
- Add fried balls and mix well.
- Serve hot.
Note :
- Soya sauce and chili sauce contents salt so taste before adding salt.
- You can also add ajinomoto if you want.
