- Veg Stock - 2 Cup
- Olive oil - 1 Tsp
- Garlic- ginger paste - 1/2 Tsp
- Carrot finely diced - 1 Tbsp
- Cabbage finely diced - 1 Tbsp
- Beans finely diced - 1 Tbsp
- Sweet corn - 1 Tbsp
- Green peas - 1 Tbsp
- Corn starch - 1 Tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 Pinch
- Vinegar - 1 Tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 Tsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till it turns golden.
- Add veg stock and bring it to boil.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except corn starch and salt.
- Boil for 4-5 min or until all vegetables cooked well.
- Mix corn starch with little water to prepare loose paste.
- Add the corn paste.
- Taste and add salt as per requirement.
- Serev hot.
Note :
- Vinegar and soya sauce has salt so don't add salt before tasting.
