Hot and Sour Soup


Ingredients :

  • Veg Stock - 2 Cup
  • Olive oil - 1 Tsp
  • Garlic- ginger paste - 1/2 Tsp
  • Carrot finely diced - 1 Tbsp
  • Cabbage finely diced - 1 Tbsp
  • Beans finely diced - 1 Tbsp
  • Sweet corn - 1 Tbsp
  • Green peas - 1 Tbsp
  • Corn starch - 1 Tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 Pinch
  • Vinegar - 1 Tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 Tsp
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till it turns golden.
  3. Add veg stock and bring it to boil.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients except corn starch and salt.
  5. Boil for 4-5 min or until all vegetables cooked well.
  6. Mix corn starch with little water to prepare loose paste.
  7. Add the corn paste.
  8. Taste and add salt as per requirement.
  9. Serev hot.

Note :

  • Vinegar and soya sauce has salt so don't add salt before tasting.
