- Jaggery - 1/2 Cup
- Ghee - 1 Tbsp
- Wheat flour
- Water or milk - 1/2 Cup
- Salt - 1 Pinch
Procedure :
- Warm water and add jaggery, salt and ghee.
- Mix till jaggery melts completely.
- Slowly add wheat flour and prepare dough like chapati dough.
- Roll and roast both the sides like chapati.
- Serve with curry or pickle.
