- Vegetable Stock - 2 Cup
- Carrots(Finely Diced) - 1 Tsp
- Baby Corn - 1 Tsp
- French Beans(Finely Diced) - 1 Tsp
- Celery(Finely Diced) - 1 Tsp
- Green Onion(Finely Diced) - 1 Tsp
- Sweet Corn cream style paste - 1/4 Cup
- Vinegar - 1 Tsp
- Corn flour - 1 Tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 Pinch
- Salt
Procedure :
- Take vegetable stock in a deep pan.
- Add carrots, baby corn, french beans, celery,sweet corn paste and vinegar.
- Bring this mixture to boil.
- Remove the foam on the surface.
- Prepare corn paste by adding water in it.
- Slowly add this paste to thicken the soup.
- Add black pepper powder and salt.
- Take green onions in a bowl, add soup and Serve hot.
Note :
- You can add ajinomoto for taste, but its not good for stomach.
