Corn Soup

Ingredients :

  • Vegetable Stock - 2 Cup
  • Carrots(Finely Diced) - 1 Tsp
  • Baby Corn - 1 Tsp
  • French Beans(Finely Diced) - 1 Tsp
  • Celery(Finely Diced) - 1 Tsp
  • Green Onion(Finely Diced) - 1 Tsp
  • Sweet Corn cream style paste - 1/4 Cup
  • Vinegar - 1 Tsp
  • Corn flour - 1 Tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 Pinch
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Take vegetable stock in a deep pan.
  2. Add carrots, baby corn, french beans, celery,sweet corn paste and vinegar.
  3. Bring this mixture to boil.
  4. Remove the foam on the surface.
  5. Prepare corn paste by adding water in it.
  6. Slowly add this paste to thicken the soup.
  7. Add black pepper powder and salt.
  8. Take green onions in a bowl, add soup and Serve hot.

Note :

  • You can add ajinomoto for taste, but its not good for stomach.
