- Split roasted chick peas - 1/2 Cup
- Curry leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Dried Coconut - 1/2 Cup
- Tamarind - 1 Tbsp
- Jaggery - 1 Tbsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Dried Red Chili - 5-6
- Salt.
Procedure :
- Heat a pan, add 2 drops of oil.
- Add asafoetida and red chili.
- Fry and keep aside.
- Fry Curry leaves, keep aside.
- Fry coconut, keep aside.
- Fry tamarind, keep aside.
- After cooling grind all the ingredients.
