- Shevaya(vermicelli)- 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 1/4 Cup
- Peanuts - 1 Tsp
- Green chili - 1
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure :
- Boil water with 2 drops of oil.
- Put shevaya and cook.
- Drain water and wash vermicelli with cold water. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add green chili and peanuts.
- Add onion and fry till it turns golden.
- Add vermicelli and salt.
- Cover the lid for 1 min.
- Turn off the stove and add lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
