- Split black gram - 1/2 Cup
- Chopped Onions - 1/2 Cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Green chili(finely chopped) - 1
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure :
- Soak split black gram for 3-4 hours.
- Grind to prepare smooth paste.
- Add onion, green chili, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt, mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
- Prepare flat round and deep fry.
- Serve hot with chutney.
