Urad dal Vade


Ingredients :

  • Split black gram - 1/2 Cup
  • Chopped Onions - 1/2 Cup
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chili(finely chopped) - 1
  • Oil
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Soak split black gram for 3-4 hours.
  2. Grind to prepare smooth paste.
  3. Add onion, green chili, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt, mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  5. Prepare flat round and deep fry.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
