Raita

Ingredients :

  • Yogurt - 1 Cup
  • Onion (Diced) - 1/2 Cup
  • Tomato (Diced) - 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar - 1 Tsp
  • salt

Procedure :

  1. Beat Yogurt with the help of spoon.
  2. Add sugar and salt, mix well.
  3. Add Onion and tomato.
  4. Mix and serve.

Note :

  • You can add diced carrots, soaked chick peas and cumin seeds powder.
