- Split Bengal gram - 1/2 Cup
- Split black gram - 1/2 Cup
- Tamarind - 1 Tbsp
- Dried Red chili - 6-7
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Curry leaves - 1/2 Cup (optional)
- Salt
Procedure :
- Fry grams till it turns to golden, keep aside.
- Fry tamarind, keep aside.
- Fry curry leaves, keep aside.
- In a hot pan add 3-4 drops of oil and fry red chili.
- Add asafoetida, keep aside.
- After cooling add salt and grind all the ingredients.
