- Millet(Jawar) Flour - 2 Cups
- Bengal gram flour(Besan)- 1/2 Cup
- Sesame seeds - 1 Tsp
- carom seeds - 1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Red chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Sour Yogurt
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure :
- Mix all the ingredients except yogurt and oil.
- Slowly add yogurt and prepare dough.
- Apply oil to plastic sheets.
- Prepare small round to dough.
- Place one round on greased plastic sheet.
- Place another plastic sheet over it.
- With the help of hand prepare thin round.
- Remove plastic sheets and roast both the sides.
- Serve hot or cold with Chutney.
