Palak Soup

Ingredients :

  • Spinach - 1 Cup
  • Spring onion - 3/4 Cup (only green part)
  • Butter - 1 Tsp
  • Vegetable stock - 1 Cup
  • Corn flour - 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Wash and chop vegetables.
  2. Heat butter in a pan.
  3. Fry spinach and spring onion, keep aside for cooling.
  4. Grind to prepare smooth paste.
  5. Add vegetable stock and bring it to boil.
  6. In a bowl mix Corn flour with 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Add this to boiling mixture.
  8. Add salt as per taste.
  9. Serve hot.
