- Spinach - 1 Cup
- Spring onion - 3/4 Cup (only green part)
- Butter - 1 Tsp
- Vegetable stock - 1 Cup
- Corn flour - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt
Procedure :
- Wash and chop vegetables.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Fry spinach and spring onion, keep aside for cooling.
- Grind to prepare smooth paste.
- Add vegetable stock and bring it to boil.
- In a bowl mix Corn flour with 1/2 cup of water.
- Add this to boiling mixture.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Serve hot.
