- Roasted Split Chick Peas(dalava) - 1/2 Cup
- Jaggery - 1/2 Cup
- Ghee - 1 Tsp
Procedure :
- Melt ghee in a pan.
- Add jaggery and allow it to boil.
- Add one drop of boiling syrup in a cup of water and check its density.
- If its density is good, turn off the stove and add dalava.
- Mix well.
- Apply ghee to palm and prepare small balls immediately.
Note :
- One ladu every morning helps in increasing Hemoglobin content in the blood.
