- Semolina - 1/2 Cup
- Onion(Diced) - 1/4 Cup
- Tomato (Diced) - 1/4 Cup
- Potato (Diced) - 1/8 Cup
- Carrot (Diced) - 1/8 Cup
- Green Chili - 1
- Split black gram - 1/4 Tsp
- Ginger Pieces - 1/4 Tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp
- Oil
- Salt
- Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
- Coriander leaves
Procedure :
- Fry semolina well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add split black gram, green chili and ginger
- Add onion and fry till it changes golden brown.
- Add potato and carrot.
- Cover the lid for 1 min.
- Add tomato and fry well.
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup water.
- When water starts boiling, slowly add semolina.
- Add salt and lemon juice.
- Cover the lid for 1 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
