- Shingada flour
- Potato
- Red chili powder
- Lemon juice(optional)
- Ghee
- Salt
Procedure :
- Boil potato, remove skin and mash it well.
- Add shingada flour slowly till it become a tough dough.
- Add Red chili powder, salt and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Spread ghee on the surface of flat frying pan.
- Make medium size rounds of dough.
- Spread one round on the surface of greased pan with the help of palm.
- Cover the lid and cook for 2 min.
- Turn the side and roast other side.
- Serve hot with curd.
