Shingada Thalpith

Ingredients :

  • Shingada flour
  • Potato
  • Red chili powder
  • Lemon juice(optional)
  • Ghee
  • Salt

Procedure :

  1. Boil potato, remove skin and mash it well.
  2. Add shingada flour slowly till it become a tough dough.
  3. Add Red chili powder, salt and lemon juice.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spread ghee on the surface of flat frying pan.
  6. Make medium size rounds of dough.
  7. Spread one round on the surface of greased pan with the help of palm.
  8. Cover the lid and cook for 2 min.
  9. Turn the side and roast other side.
  10. Serve hot with curd.
